local greens tossed in a lemon-thyme vinaigrette, topped with Ahi confit, hardboiled egg,
haricot vert, & cherry tomatoes

Crab Ravioli
lump crab & ricotta stuffed  ravioli with yuzu cream sauce, & pea shoots

filet mignon bites braised with currents
& dried cherries, served with house pie dough,
& a cranberry reduction

served with cheddar grits, calabasitas,
& a house made mole verde

served with roasted kabocha pumpkin, sauteed vegetable melange, shaved radish,
& hibiscus beurre blanc
