New Year's Eve Dinner Menu 2018

4pm to 8:30 last seating

Three course Dinner for $89 per person with an offered wine flight for $35

Appetizers

Lobster Ravioli
House made requesón, saffron broth, shaved fennel & chili oil

Bacalao
House cured local catch with a local tomato sauce, pickled jalapeno,
topped with parmesan & mozzarella and served with toast points

Mixed Greens Salad
Tossed in a pomegranate-shiso vinaigrette with prosciutto, ricotta, kumquats, cherry tomatoes, & pistachios

Paired with Selbach Reisling or Triennes Rosé 

Entree's

Pork Osso Bucco
Pork shank braised to perfection with black eyed peas & bacon, sautéed collard greens, kale, pickled yellow squash, & marungay powder

*Makaweli Filet
Duck fat & herb mashed potatoes, long beans, asparagus, charred onion mélange, & lobster roe hollandaise

*Fresh Catch
Locally caught fish topped with crab meat, sage lemon cream sauce, & citrus infused cous cous

Paired with Lola Chardonnay  or Bokish Tempranillo 

Desserts

Chocolate Bundt Cake
Soaked in bourbon, served with chocolate ganache & preserved buddha’s hand

Baked Alaska
Macadamia nut blondie, apple bananas, cinnamon sugar encapsulated in merengue, & torched table side with 151 Rum

Paired with Kopke White Port or Kopke 10 year  Tawny Porto
