New Year's Eve Dinner Menu

Three course Dinner for $89 per person with an offered wine pairing for $35
Vegetarian options for all courses & Keiki pricing will be available.
Last seating will be at 8:30pm


Oysters Rockefeller
baked with a mix of bacon, parmesan, garlic,
& spincach and served with
locally grown finger lime caviar

Root Beer Braised Pork Belly
fresh snap peas, pea shoots,
& house made turnip puree

Kale & Mixed Green Salad
shaved kumquat with roasted golden beets,
raw blend, & pomegranate foam

Paired with Selbach Reisling or Triennes Rosé 


Pork Porterhouse
smashed purple Peruvian potatoes, mountain apple-Mexican tarragon emulsion,
& tourné carrots

Oscar Fresh Catch
served with crab meat unicorn hollandaise,
local asparagus, & squid ink pasta

Grilled Makaweli Ribeye
served over roasted kabocha,
wing bean-long bean duo,
& a turmeric-shiso cream sauce

Paired with Cambria Chardonnay  or Bokish Tempranillo 


Oasis Blondie
requesón gelato, pulled caramel,
& yellow turmeric powder

papaya-blood orange sorbetto, guava sponge cake, grilled pineapple wheels,
papaya-mameyw puree

Paired with Kopke White Port or Kopke 10 year  Tawny Porto
