2nd course

locally sourced yellow fin ahi tuna steak

scalloped okinawan sweet potatoes

local vegetable mélange

truffle / rocotto pepper ponzu, candied roselle hibiscus sauce

Frenched Lamb Chop

frenched cap-off rack of lamb sourced from new zealand

sous vided in aromatics & citrus overnight, hibiscus infused jasmine rice

vegetable mélange & loquat/mangosteen-rosemary glace

highlighting seasonal fruit and jams

Three course Dinner is $129.00 + tax and gratuity

Keiki portion is $45 ~ includes ½ portion of entrée + choice of gelato or sorbetto

A 5% resort operation fee is added to all checks
We reserve the right to not split checks and reserve the right to charge a 20% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

A 18% service charge will be added to all ToGo orders.
